Should I hire a product photographer for Amazon?

How many revision rounds are included?

Every package includes up to 3 revision rounds. You receive Draft 1, submit feedback, receive Draft 2, submit feedback again, and then receive your final delivery. An additional round may be considered at our discretion. One reshoot or major scene revision is also included if a critical shot needs rework.

Do you include source files with your product photography?

Yes. Every project includes all source files at no extra cost — PSD, AI, RAW, and render source assets. Most studios charge extra for source files or don't offer them at all. We include them with every package because you should own everything you paid for.

What counts as a revision?

A revision is any adjustment to existing images based on your approved listing guide — color changes, text edits, layout tweaks, cropping, and similar modifications. Requests that change the project scope or creative direction entirely may be treated as new work.

Do you offer rush or expedited service?

Yes. Rush service adds a 25% surcharge to the project subtotal and targets delivery within 5 business days. The rush timeline starts only once all required inputs are received: a completed listing guide plus product photos (for renders) or physical samples at our studio (for photography). If either is missing, the rush clock doesn't start.

Do you work weekends?

Standard production runs Monday–Friday. Weekend production may occur for rush projects only and is factored into rush pricing.

Can I purchase a package now and use it later?

Yes. Packages can be pre-purchased and activated later, including during sales or promotions. Pre-purchased projects sit on hold until you're ready. Once you submit your listing guide or ship samples, the project moves to active production.

Can I add deliverables after the project starts?

Yes. Additional images, A+ modules, video, and other add-ons can be added at any point without restarting the project. Separate invoices are issued as needed.

Can I upgrade my package mid-project?

Yes. Package upgrades and add-ons can be applied at any stage before final delivery. Many clients start with Essentials and upgrade to Growth once they see the first draft.

What's your refund policy?

Before production begins: full refund available. Once the product has been shot or rendered: 50% of the project total becomes non-refundable. After draft delivery: refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances with a valid reason.
