Polar Visuals provides professional product content creation services, including but not limited to product photography, 3D renders, A+ content design, and related visual assets for e-commerce platforms. Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your information up to date.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required upon project initiation. Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the stage of project completion.
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered assets for their intended commercial purpose. Polar Visuals retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Polar Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
