PolarVisuals (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates www.polarvisuals.com from Didsbury, Alberta. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and your choices.

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, current website address, and message when you use the contact form or the instant-quote tool.
• Information collected automatically: basic server logs (including IP address, used for spam protection and stored only as a salted hash), plus anonymous, aggregated usage data via Vercel Web Analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking (see Cookies & analytics below).

We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive information through this website. Client invoicing is handled separately and securely by Stripe.

We use your information to respond to your enquiries and provide quotes, deliver and improve our web-design services, contact you about your request, and meet legal obligations. We do not use it for unrelated purposes without your consent.

By submitting information through our site you consent to its use as described here. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (see Contact); note this may affect our ability to provide services.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited). It is privacy-friendly and cookieless — it does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personal information; the data is anonymous and aggregated. Because no tracking cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and business, under confidentiality obligations:

• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous analytics.
• Supabase — secure database storage for form submissions, hosted in Canada (ca-central-1).
• Resend — email delivery for enquiry notifications.
• Stripe — invoicing and payments for clients who engage our services (handled by Stripe, not through this website).

We may also disclose information where required by law.

We protect personal information with reasonable physical, organizational, and technical safeguards — HTTPS everywhere, access controls and row-level security on our database, and rate-limited, validated form endpoints. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you — and you may ask us to delete it. Contact us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Our site links to other sites (including client websites we have built); we’re not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Form submissions are stored in Canada. Our hosting and email providers may process data in the United States or where they operate; where data crosses borders, comparable protection applies.
