  • Information you give us through our contact form: name, email, phone and message.
  • Information collected automatically: basic server logs and your IP address.
  • Usage data collected through Vercel Web Analytics, including a temporary pseudonymous visitor identifier and request-derived location and device information. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

2. Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiries and provide quotes, to deliver and improve our services, to contact you about your request, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use it for unrelated purposes without your consent.

3. Consent

When you submit a request, we use the information to receive, protect, and respond to that request. Optional uses require the separate choices presented for those uses. You may withdraw consent where applicable by contacting us (see “Contact us” below), though this may affect our ability to provide the requested service.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for limited aggregate website measurement. It does not use cookies. The service derives limited request information as described by Vercel; contact us about the choices available on this site.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Our website is hosted by Vercel. When this site accepts contact-form submissions, the Polar Visuals relay stores a durable enquiry record in the shared private portal database, projects it to the client’s private Google Sheets workbook, and sends the notification through Resend.

6. How we protect it

We protect personal information with reasonable physical, organizational, and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.

9. Children’s privacy

Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Data across borders

Contact us for current information about where our service providers process personal information.
