PolarVisuals is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, at three levels: A, AA, and AAA. www.polarvisuals.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the standard.

We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

• Accessibility is part of our design process, not an afterthought.
• We test pages with automated accessibility tools (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 A/AA rules) and fix what they find.
• The site fully respects your reduced-motion preference — all animation resolves instantly when it is enabled.
• Keyboard access: a skip-to-content link, focus management in menus and dialogs, and visible focus states throughout.

Accessibility of this site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Our most recent assessment (July 2026) used automated testing, which catches many but not all barriers; a full assistive-technology walkthrough has not yet been completed. If you encounter an issue not listed here, please contact us and we’ll work with you to provide the content another way.

PolarVisuals assessed this site by self-evaluation: automated axe-core audits (WCAG 2.1 A/AA rulesets) against the rendered pages, most recently on July 1, 2026, with all findings from that audit fixed.
